Payments

In order for lessons to run smoothly payment MUST be made prior to the commencement of the music term. If payment is not received and no communication made with the Coordinator then lessons will not take place.

We are pleased to confirm that we are still one of the most competitive music services in the county. As part of our best value commitment to you, we aim to stay that way.

In order to make payments please use the following buttons.

Please include your child's name and school and their instrument on the details so that the money can be put on to the correct account.

NEW STUDENTS SHOULD NOT MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL THEY HAVE HAD CONFIRMATION FROM THE OFFICE THAT THERE IS A SPACE AVAILABLE FOR LESSONS TO BEGIN.  There is currently a waiting list at some schools.

Please note that any amount showing on the Abbey College Parent Pay account is default and not relevant.  Please pay the amount owed for the number of lessons you will be taking and ignore any amount on the page.  This is automatically generated by Parent Pay and not us.  If you are an Abbey College student you can log on to your usual payment where a music tuition will be shown.  If you cannot use this then please click the All Other Payment option.

PLEASE PAY 5 or 10 WEEKLY FOR CURRENT LESSONS

Although our terms are generally 10 weeks, it is often possible to book extra weeks .   Please speak with your tutor if you wish to book extra lessons.  Payments should be made at the beginning of each half term for 5 weekly or at the beginning of the full term for 10 weeks.  Additional payments or for those starting mid term should be arranged with the Lucy Sheldrake (Abbey College) or Vicky Scrase (Primary Schools)

Please note that if a child is funded through their school then this will cover 10 weeks in a term and is at the discretion of the Headteacher.  Top ups are possible and should be arranged through the ASCA Music Co-ordinator.

A REMINDER THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TELL US IF YOUR CHILD IS GOING TO BE ABSENT FROM THEIR LESSON AND NOT THEIR SCHOOL OFFICE. 24HRS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN FOR A LESSON TO BE RESCHEDULED. We are not informed of any absences through schools and so please get in touch with your tutor directly if your child will not be able to attend their lesson for whatever reason - this includes school events and illness.
